**** Refund/ Exchange Policy ****
Almost all Serenity Style items are Mod/Trans/ no Copy. This lets me refund in the event of problems.
1. Will I refund a purchase?
A) If there are technical problems with an outfit. Yes!
B) If is a matter of “I’m not real happy with your shade of green”. No… I will be more than glad to Exchange for a new color tho.
C) If you purchased the wrong Size.. (ie. Adult dress version instead of child version. ) No, but I will happily exchange for the correct version.
D) If for some reason you made a purchase by accident? Very possible. (I have had this happen with a few couchs.) It would be handled on an individual basis.
E) If you purchased through XStreet SL or another off-world website the same Policies apply.

**** Review Policy ****
(Ok, this is double wierd to write out. )
If you see an outfit/item you would like to review, please let me know. Just drop me a notecard with your name, what you would like a review copy of (including color), and your Blog URL. (I would love to read what you have to say). I will get a review copy out to you as soon as I can. It’s all a learning curve for me, so Feedback is great!
