Greetings and Namaste Everyone,
I was sitting here at my desk when started thinking about the past few years. What a wonderful journey it has been. It got me thinking, why not do a bit of history for the old blog here. *grins*
So… how did I find Serenity?
*smiles* It all started a few years back when my rl sister introduced me to SL. After a few months we had both opened shops in an artist colony. She had clothes and I had metaphysics. A nice cozy shop named Evolution Creation & Mystics. It was my home away from home.
As time went on I decided to try my hand at clothing. Evolution expanded to include a few designs, mostly Mommy & Me outfits. Within a few months my sister purchased some land and Oak Tree Shoppes was born. I opened what was supposed to be a “satellite” shop that turned into a homebase for the clothing line. I tried my best to keep both Pamran and Oak up to date.
Saddly, Pamran came to a halt and the metaphysical shop closed it’s doors to the SLworld. Oak tree became my main store and continued as EC&M Apparel. With the closing of the original EC&M the name just didn’t have the same feel. The clothing aspect had taken on a life of it’s own. Now, at the begining of new year, it’s time.
Serenity Style is here, and with it, what I hope will be a whole new life for my designs and artistic goals.
For everyone who hung in there and stuck by me… Thank you with all my heart. I hope you will find enjoyment in the new line. For those hearing about Serenity Style for the first time… stop on by. There is always tea and treats out! Feel free to drop me notecards or suggestions, I love feedback.
